and international customers. You are best to check the
specific requirements with your insurance provider if you
are unsure of anything as each provider is different. If you
insurer does not cover your purchase, it could be beneficial
to look for a new provider.
Beat psoriasis is pleased to provide additional
information that may assist claiming part of or the full
purchase price of your UVB phototherapy device from your
health insurance provider. please be aware that some
countries and some insurance providers do not cover UVB
products under their plans. We suggest that you contact your
health insurance provider for confirmation. Customers in all
states of the USA
should inquire specifically if their health insurance
provider will cover "durable medical equipment"
Although no customer requires a doctor's prescription to
purchase from Beat Psoriasis (including customers in the USA
or UK) you may still be to submit an insurance claim after
purchasing a product from Beat Psoriasis and starting your
home treatment - since a claim is likely to take some time
to process. Customers in all states of the USA may need to provide additional
product codes to their health insurance providers as follows
plus a covering letter stating the reasons for starting home
phototherapy including convenience, cost saving, time
saving, work, family or time commitments etc.
